Echeverria vs. Johnson & Johnson: $417 million

Mark and his team earned a $417 million jury verdict for a single plaintiff who developed ovarian cancer after using J&J’s talcum powder. One of the largest awards in California history, the award included $70 million in compensatory damages and $347 million in punitive damages. 

Grimshaw vs. Ford Pinto: $128 million

In the 1978 landmark Ford Pinto gas tank fire case, Mark served as the plaintiff’s co-counsel and helped secured a $128 million jury award for his clients.
